Thus, miR160 upregulation in M35-1 and downregulation in C43, might be contributing to better tolerance of M35-1. The Si005991m, Si016509m and Si034525m protein, which are encoded by a predicted target gene (targeted by sit-miR160), is known to have three different domains: a B3 DNA -binding domain, an Aux/IAA-ARF dimerization motif, and a DNA -binding pseudobarrel domain. [score:5]
